UK (upgrade) - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery (1 to 2 days).
EUROPE - Royal Mail International Tracked (1 to 2 weeks).
US & CANADA - Royal Mail International Tracked (1 to 2 weeks).
EVERYWHERE ELSE - Royal Mail International Tracked (1 to 2 weeks).

Please be aware that some countries do not allow tracking of parcels, in this case we will send it by Royal Mail International.

DISCLAIMER - In no case shall Earthworks Journals be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages (including negligence), arising from your use of any products procured from Earthworks Journals.
Earthworks Journals shall not be liable for any damage that occurs to any products procured from Earthworks Journals. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or theft of the product, accidental damage, damage occurring from incorrect cleaning, maintenance, storage or use of the product, damage occurring from any attempts made to alter the appearance or function of the product.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

DATA RETENTION

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
~ Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
